Mike Kerr brings over a decade of leadership in non-profit education to Duet, where he designs and leads Duet Advantage, the organization's innovative new program serving 18-22 year olds.
Most recently serving as Deputy CEO at Match Charter Public School, Mike's experience spans the full spectrum of educational leadership, from classroom teaching to executive management. His approach emphasizes strategic human capital development and sustainable practices that protect long-term educational outcomes.
His vision for Duet Advantage reflects his belief that the transition to young adulthood presents a critical opportunity to support individuals in achieving their full potential.
When not at Duet, Mike serves on the board of his children's preschool, coaches youth sports teams, and enjoys traveling with his family.
