John has spent more than 20 years in higher education, including advising, coaching, and leadership roles, always keeping student support at the heart of his work. He's excited to bring that experience to Duet and especially looks forward to working one-on-one with students as they navigate challenges, celebrate successes, and work toward their goals.
"In my experience, every student has a story and a goal that is unique to them. My job is to help them see how capable they already are, and to support them until they believe it."
Originally from Colorado, John is enjoying life in New England and all that comes with it. Outside of Duet, you can find him fishing from his kayak, along the beach, or at the Cape Cod Canal. He also enjoys spending time with his son, Anthony, exploring Boston and catching concerts together.
