Cesar joined the Duet family after spending 7 years working in the classroom-- in both Boston and his hometown, Lawrence. Cesar has spent time wearing different hats in education: from teaching ESOL to adult learners to coaching students through their first year of teaching. Through his work, he has been able to see the palpable influence education can have on a student's life. He is dedicated to creating a better future for his students, one interaction at a time.
When he's not at Duet, Cesar can be found cooking up some variation of pasta, belting out his most recent favorite song, bingeing Netflix, and spending time with his two nephews.
