For the past 16 years, Catalina has been dedicated to supporting students in K-12 public schools, using her background in special education and behavior analysis to improve systems and help them thrive.
Catalina's approach is all about building genuine relationships, having honest conversations, and cheering students on as they navigate their educational journeys. This passion for empowering others made Duet a natural next step for her in higher education.

Outside of work, Catalina is probably doing something active like working out or chasing after her twin girls. She likes anything with music and good food!
