Prior to Duet, Anyfern worked across consulting, higher education, and K-12 education, with a focus on student support and academic success, particularly for first-generation students and students from underserved communities.

These experiences strengthened her passion for expanding equitable access to education and opportunity, as well as her ability to navigate complex systems, build meaningful relationships, and support students and teams in reaching their goals.

Outside of work, Anyfern enjoys staying active, giving back to her community, and checking items off her bucket list. With a background in coaching and athletics, she continues to coach girls' volleyball and outdoor track and field.
